I have been childminder for 20 years and have loved working with children to educate and help them reach their full potential.

As a child I always loved animals and had my first dog when I was 11 years old but it wasn’t till we got our first family dog in 2013 that my passion for work with me grow.

Over the last few years I have done many IMDT courses to help me understand dogs more:

I am currently studying for my Level FOUR: Training and Behaviour Consultation and

Functions of Behaviour.

I’ve been dog‑obsessed for as long as I can remember. Growing up around my grandparents’ dogs sparked a love that only grew stronger when I got my first dog in 2013 and I’ve been devoted to them ever since.

I went on to study Forensic Psychology at university, earning a degree I’m proud of (even if it is the most expensive piece of paper I own). But once it was over, I felt completely lost about what to do next. That uncertainty actually led me back to something that had always been there which was my passion for dogs.

Choosing to follow that passion has been the best decision I’ve made. I’m now building a career with my mum doing what I truly love. In the future I plan to gain qualifications in a range of dog related fields just like my mum has so I can offer even more specialised and high quality services to the dogs and families I support!
